Elite Partner Program
Reserved for repeat partners with 5+ successful referrals or active AMC management. This tier represents our commitment to long-term partnership.
Eligibility Protocol
- Applicable exclusively to Web Development, Webapp, and Native App (Android/iOS) projects.
- Referrer must provide Lead Name, Contact, and Project Brief before the client initiates direct contact.
- Commission is paid solely for new client acquisitions.
- Leads remain valid for 30 calendar days from acknowledgment.
- Individuals are ineligible to refer their own company.
Disbursement Logic
- Payouts triggered only after Workflare receives full project payment.
- Commissions disbursed within 15 business days via NEFT/IMPS/UPI.
- Calculated on Net Project Value (excluding taxes, hosting, and domain costs).
- Standard payouts capped at ₹1,00,000 per referral unless Elite Status is active.
- TDS Deduction: 5% statutory TDS deducted per Section 194H.
Operational Workflow
Initial Intake
Referrer transmits lead identity and core technical requirements to the engineering team via WhatsApp or Email.
Lead Attribution
A unique tracking URL is issued, valid for a 30-day conversion window.
Project Scoping
Lead executes submission via the official form. Quote including all third-party costs is sent.
Secure Onboarding
Client validates terms via a non-refundable retainer (25% or 50% depending on scope).
Technical Gating
Development follows strict milestone gating with verified progress payments.
Payout Execution
Final commission (minus 5% TDS) is transmitted via NEFT/UPI within 15 days of verified fund receipt.

Frequently Asked Questions
How are referral links tracked and attributed?
Upon successful onboarding as a partner, you are issued a unique tracking slug (e.g., tsuro.in/yourname). Any lead that lands via this link or mentions your partner code is automatically attributed to your CRM account.
When are referral commissions paid out?
Commissions are transferred directly to your bank account via UPI / NEFT within 48 hours of client milestone payment clearance.
Legal Compliance & Governance
Taxation & TDS
Under the Income Tax Act of India (Sec 194H), a 5% TDS will be deducted from all commissions. Referrers must provide PAN details for processing. Workflare maintains absolute transparency; project quotes are never inflated to cover referral fees.
Modification & Jurisdiction
Workflare reserves the right to amend rates or terminate the program without prior notice. This policy is governed by Indian law, with exclusive jurisdiction held by the Courts of New Delhi.
