An Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) with Workflare ensures that your websites, applications, and infrastructure receive the dedicated attention they need to stay secure, performant, and up-to-date.

1. Scope of AMC Services

Our AMC is designed to provide peace of mind by handling the technical complexities of modern web environments.

• Security Updates: Regular patching of CMS cores, plugins, and server dependencies to mitigate vulnerabilities.
• Performance Optimization: Monthly audits to ensure fast loading times and efficient resource utilization.
• Managed Backups: Automated backups with off-site storage to ensure data recovery in case of emergencies.
• Minor Tweaks: Up to 2 hours of developer time per month for small content updates or CSS adjustments.

2. Support Tiers

We offer flexible plans tailored to your specific infrastructure needs:

• Standard: Ideal for static sites and small business pages. Includes weekly backups and email support.
• Professional: Best for dynamic web apps. Includes daily backups, priority Zulip support, and uptime monitoring.
• Enterprise: Custom solutions for high-traffic infrastructure. Includes 24/7 incident response and dedicated account management.

3. Exclusions

To maintain clarity, the following are generally not covered under a standard AMC:

• New Feature Development: Building completely new modules or pages outside the original project scope.
• Major Redesigns: Significant changes to the UI/UX or brand identity.
• Third-Party Costs: Subscription fees for external tools, premium plugins, or hosting provider invoices.

4. Renewal and Adjustments

AMC agreements are valid for 12 months. As noted in our Terms of Service, fees are subject to a 5% annual adjustment to account for infrastructure costs and inflation. Renewals are processed 30 days prior to expiry.
